Our commitment

Kogi SUBEB is committed to making public information and digital services usable by people with diverse abilities, devices and connection speeds. Our working target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA, together with applicable Nigerian government website guidance.

Measures we take

  • semantic headings, labels and keyboard-operable controls;
  • visible focus states, readable contrast and responsive layouts;
  • alternative text for meaningful images;
  • clear validation and status messages for forms;
  • captions, transcripts or accessible alternatives where multimedia is published;
  • accessible documents wherever practicable.

Known limitations

Some older PDF or office documents, third-party CAPTCHA components and archived media may not yet meet the same standard. We are working to improve these materials and can provide a reasonable alternative where available.

Request an accessible alternative

Use the Accessibility Feedback form or email support@subeb.kg.gov.ng. Include the page address, the problem, your browser or assistive technology where relevant, and the format you need. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five working days.

Enforcement and review

Unresolved accessibility concerns may be escalated through the Board's complaints channel. This statement is reviewed when significant services or templates change.
